Johnson, a single man on property commonly known as 503 Desert Aire Drive SW, Mattawa, WA 99349 and legally described as: LOT 14, DESERT AIRE NO. 8, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 13 OF PLATS, PAGES 71, 72 AND 73, RECORDS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON. The complaint seeks to foreclose and terminate all interest of Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Dennis C. Johnson, deceased and Unknown Successor Personal Representative for the Estate of Dennis Charles Johnson and all other interests in the property.
