The amendment would add a subsection entitled "Blue Lake and Moore Roads" allowing use of Golf Carts along these roads/areas. Notice of Application and Public Hearing: July 11 2022 Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on April 11, 2022 from Maughan LLC (Designated Contact: Jeff Gallacci 22889 Rd P.8 SW Mattawa, WA 99349) and were found to be Technically Complete on June 27, 2022. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit and SEPA to allow the establishment of a surface mine and extraction operation for gravel products. Approximately 1,500,000 million cubic yards of material are estimated to be removed from this site, which will involve 20 acres of a vacant 640-acre parcel. Current activities are livestock grazing.
