Wilson Creek girls basketball goes one for three
In the last couple of weeks, the Wilson Creek High School girls basketball team has been working hard to improve its skills and be a tough contender in its league.
Wilson Creek took on Cascade Christian Academy on Jan. 12 , winning 36-33.
WCHS senior Kesiah Cook had 23 points and nine rebounds, freshman Neeley Odorizzi contributed five rebounds and freshman Kayser Kane had six rebounds.
The following week, on Jan. 18, WCHS took on Bridgeport High School. Wilson Creek took a tough loss of 38-56. In that game, Cook managed 20 points with 10 rebounds, sophomore Izzie Hochstatter made nine points and eight rebounds and Kane had five rebounds.
Just two days later, on Jan. 20, Wilson Creek fell to Entiat High School 24-36. As usual, Cook led Wilson Creek with 16 points and 13 rebounds followed by Odorizzi with seven rebounds.
Wilson Creek will take on Soap Lake High School on Thursday at Wilson Creek.
