March 21, 1953 – January 8, 2022

Debbie June Allan was born in Kirkland, Washington, March 21, 1953, to parents John F. and June A. Allan. She joined two older sisters, Janice Sleeper of Applegate, California, and Joan Elaine Roller of Milwaukie, Oregon. Growing up in a Boeing Company family, she moved from Washington and lived in Oklahoma, Florida, Utah, New Orleans and finally full-circled back to graduate from Tyee High School in Seattle. All the transfers to new schools created a bubbly personality that lit up the room when she entered. Debbie married Dave W. Meseberg in September 1975 and they had two sons, Troy David Meseberg and Shaun Allan Meseberg.

Debbie ran the gift shop at family-owned MarDon Resort. She branched out to win the President Award for Avon sales, and sold ads for KDRM radio in Moses Lake. Debbie was an avid dog lover and rode her horse over the hills on the Royal Slope. She decorated her home with treasures from antique/thrift shops and gorgeous plants nurtured from her green thumb.

Debbie had four grandchildren: Autumn Marie and Cylar Andrew (Troy), and Keira LeAnn and Maverick David (Shaun). She was a devoted grandmother who enjoyed sharing her love for the simple things with her grandchildren like a good puzzle or a walk by the lake. Debbie passed away the evening of Jan. 8, 2022. She was 68 years old.
