Sniffed out: K-9 officer foils burglary
One man is in jail after Moses Lake Police Department K-9 officer Jester, pictured above from a previous Halloween event, found him hiding in a stack of tires at a Grant County business.

Roberto Robles Mejia, 41, of Othello was arrested in connection with a break-in at Commercial Tire on North Frontage Road just east of Moses Lake on Sunday, according to a Grant County Sheriff’s Office press release.
