The Moses Lake Christian Academy/Covenant Christian School boys and girls teams each earned district titles Feb. 17 at Wenatchee High School.

The MLCA/CCS girls kicked off the night with a buzzer-beater three-pointer to swoop the district title from Waterville-Mansfield. Meanwhile, the MLCA/CCS boys faced off against Soap Lake High School where they kept a small lead to take the game and the district title.

Both MLCA/CCS teams now enjoy the glory of having both the league and district titles under their belts this year.

Pick up tomorrow's edition of the Columbia Basin Herald to read about each game and what comes next for the MLCA/CCS teams.
