City of Moses Lake Notice of Public Hearing, Application Optional DNS Suced Yusso and Luis Gueirero have applied for a Conditional Use Permit to open a preschool and daycare facility in a C2-General Commercial Zone. They will be fencing the yard that fronts Alderwood Dr. They will maintain and keep the parking lot as is. This will be located 900 E Nelson Rd. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on Oct. 7, 2021. Environmental review is required for this project. The City of Moses Lake has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this project. The DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project Written comments on this project proposal from public agencies with jurisdiction will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on March 4, 2022.
