Dennis Hall
October 19, 1957 – November 30, 2022
Dennis G. Hall, 65, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 30. He was born in Tacoma, Washington on Oct. 19, 1957, to Anthony “Tony” J. and Gertrude “Trudy” A. Hall. A celebration of life will be held after the new year (date to be determined).
Dennis was a loving father of five, grandfather of one and friend to many. He was always up before the sun and the first to say “Good morning” and give a smile; therefore, he had earned the nickname Mr. Morning.
He married the love of his life Patsy L. Conner on Sept. 15, 1979, in Othello, Washington. Shortly after, they moved to Moses Lake, Washington to create a loving home and raise a beautiful family.
Dennis is survived by his beloved wife Patsy L. (Conner) Hall; his two daughters Amanda J. Hall (wife Stefyni M. Garber) and Katie L. Hall (husband Chris Strange); his three sons James D. Whitmer (mother Gayle Whitmer Bonato), Kenneth A. Hall and Hunter J. Hall; his brother Gerard “Jerry” M. Hall (wife Gina Hall); his sister Theresa A. Stephenson (husband Clyde Stephenson); his only grandson Kayden G. Varnell and his “unofficially adopted” daughter Heather Barton. He is preceded in death by his parents Tony and Trudy Hall and sister Stephanie (Hall) Klamn.
Dennis attended Othello High School and began a decades-long career in drywall and painting for Pat Chambers Painting before starting his own business prior to semi-retirement. In his career, he will be remembered for his unmatched work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to help anyone who needed it. Dennis was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping with his family, fishing and hunting deer, elk, antelope, and other big game. He was a skilled archer, bow and arrow maker, woodworker and firearms enthusiast.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Jan. 21, 2023, at 3 p.m. at The Beach House at MarDon Resort, 8198 Hwy 262 SE, Othello, Washington.
