Soap Lake adopts 2023 budget

SOAP LAKE - The City of Soap Lake’s final city council meeting for 2022 included adopting the 2023 annual budget.

The meeting also had a short presentation from Curt Baker about wanting to bring a homeless shelter to Soap Lake; an idea many on the council said was a heartfelt endeavor but not cohesive for Soap Lake.
