Grant County Pet of the Week: Dak
Meet Dak. He is about a year and a half old and has been at the shelter since April. Dak is very energetic and would love to go on hikes, walks or just hang out. Dak gets along with some dogs and is ok with cats. He likes to run and play so if a cat is running Dak wants to run and play. Dak was adopted and then returned, but for no reason of his own. Animals from the shelter really need time to decompress and get used to their new homes and families. That process can typically take about three months.
Call Grant County Animal Outreach at 509-762-9616 to schedule a meet and greet with Dak or any of his fellow pets at GCAO. Visit the shelter online at www.grantcountyanimaloutreach.org or in person at 6725 Randolph Road NE in Moses Lake.
