Charles Chuck Martin, 86, passed away on Dec 6, 2022. He was born March 29, 1936 in San Diego, CA. to Hazel and Harold Martin, deceased, of Sunnyside, Wash.
The family moved to Sunnyside in 1946. Chuck met his wife Dolly while they were in High school. They married April 17, 1958. They lived in Toppenish, Goldendale, Everett, and Marysville, Wash. Chuck worked at Weyerhauser for 10 years. They moved to Moses Lake in 1971. Chuck worked for Milky Way/LTI for 24 years.
Chuck is survived by his wife Dolly; children Bill (Angie) of Surprise, Ariz., Steve (Nora) of Anacortes, Mike (Steph) of Moses Lake, and Cheryl (Larry) of Moses Lake. They have 9 grandchildren, Derek, Daren, Jason, Daphnie, Kyle, Tanya, Tyler, Lindsey, and Ashely; 15 great-grandkids and 1 great-great-grandson. Chuck had 9 brothers and sisters, Marion, Bud, Rosemary, Julia, Ada, Sis now deceased. Lester and Pat remaining siblings.
Chuck and Dolly loved traveling in their fifth wheel. Loved helping all the kids work on things whenever they needed help. He loved mowing our lawn on his riding lawn mower.
Chuck and Dolly celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on April 17, 2022. They gave up RV'ing in 2014.
