Notice of Application - Date of Notice: August 23, 2022. Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on August 5, 2022 from Nathan Cole (Designated Contact: Wayne Ostler, PLS, Ostler Land Surveying, PO Box 897, Moses Lake, WA 98837), and was found to be technically complete on August 18, 2022. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel totaling approximately 79.75 acres to create three (3) lots in the Agricultural zoning district. Lot 1 will be 5.86 acres in sizes, Lot 2 will be 4.32 acres in size and Lot 3 will be the balance of the property at 69.79 acres. The property is currently farmed. Lot 1 and 2 will have residential capacity, Lot 3 will continue to be farmed and will contain the required open space. Lots 1 and 2 will be served by ground water withdrawals in accordance with RCW 90.44.050 and individual septic systems. All lots will be served by State Route 262 East, which is a state highway and electricity off of said road. LOCATION: The project site is known as the Cole Farm Unit 91 Short Plat and the subject parcel is located along the 17100 block of SR 262 E, Warden, Washington. The proposal is located in Farm Unit 91, Irrigation Block 44, Columbia Basin Project in the Southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 17 North, Range 29 East W.M., Grant County, WA.
