City of Mattawa Notice of Application and Public Hearing Name of Applicant: Rex Bodrero Application Number: ANNEX 2022-05 BODRERO Date of Application: 5/9/2022 Date Letter of Completeness Issued: 05/27/2022 Date of Public Hearing: September 15th , 2022 at 5:00pm Description of Proposed Project Action and Permits: The applicant is proposing to annex 40.5 acres of vacant land zoned Urban Residential 2 into the City of Mattawa. The annexation area consists of a single tax parcel and is located within the Mattawa Urban Growth Area, parcel #191539000.
