Quincy murder suspect turns himself in

QUINCY — The Quincy Police Department has announced the arrest of Horacio Morales Perez, 18, of Quincy who turned himself in early Wednesday.
Diaz Guerrero was wanted in connection with a shooting in late March which lead to the death of Juan Carlos Diaz Guerrero Jr., 18, of Quincy. It is not yet known what exact charges will be brought against Morales Perez.
“Investigators are working with the Grant County Prosecutor’s Office and are continuing to gather information for this case,” the announcement said.
