The applicant shall comply with all requirements outlined in the City of Moses Lake Development Engineering memo, dated 4/19/2022, regarding streets, water, sewer, storm drainage, sidewalks, pedestrian paths and activity trails, and street lighting. 2. The applicant shall comply with all requirements outlined in the Washington State Department of Ecology letter dated March 3, 2022, regarding water quality, water resources, and SEPA. 3. The applicant shall comply with all requirements outlined in the City of Moses Lake Fire Marshal memo dated March 3, 2022, regarding hard surfacing of roads, street signs, and fire hydrants. 4. The applicant shall comply with the requirements stated in the Grant County PUD memo dated February 27, 2022, regarding showing a public utility easement. 5. The applicant shall comply with the requirements identified in the City of Moses Lake Development Surveyor memo dated April 14, 2022. This MDNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2).
