Peoples Bank cuts ribbon in Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE — Griselda Lopez, vice president and a commercial banking officer with Bellingham-based Peoples Bank, cuts the ribbon on the bank’s new Moses Lake loan office Monday afternoon. She is flanked by mortgage loan officer Jacob Compton (left) and commercial loan officer Teddy Bakke (right). Located at 1426 W. Pioneer Drive, Peoples Bank is currently open to prospective borrowers by appointment only, though Compton said if they can generate enough business, they will hire more staff and establish local office hours.
