QUINCY — Registration is scheduled for 5:30 to 7 p.m. April 14 and 19 for children entering kindergarten in the Quincy School District in the 2022-23 school year.

Parents or guardians are required to furnish documents confirming the child’s age and residency, immunization records and proof of address, according to information from QSD.

Documents that prove a child’s age can include a birth certificate, adoption records, a parent affidavit or verified school record. A child must be five years of age before Aug. 31 to enter kindergarten.

Acceptable proofs of address include a current utility bill, rental agreement or mortgage statement. Parents can access immunization records online at www.wamyir.net.

Parents should register their children at the school the child will attend. Parents can find the right school by using the locator under the kindergarten registration tab on the QSD website, www.qsd.wednet.edu.
