Fire district commissioner has seen Mattawa grow, change
Paul Parker has been a commissioner for Grant County Fire District 8 since its founding in 1967. Parker said he’s seen a lot of changes in Mattawa since he and his wife, Bonnie Parker, arrived in the 1950s.
