MOSES LAKE — Police are looking for two alleged armed robbers who stole beer from a local convenience store Wednesday night, according to the Moses Lake Police Department.

The suspects, described as Hispanic males in their late teens to early 20s, wearing Nike clothing and other sports attire, entered the Conoco convenience store at 3000 W. Broadway and selected some cases of beer, according to MLPD Sgt. Brian Jones.

When they left the store without paying, the store clerk followed them out to retrieve the beer. One suspect produced a handgun and threatened the clerk, who retreated into the store and called 911, Jones said.

The suspects got into a vehicle with two additional suspects inside and fled. The vehicle is described as a brown station wagon, possibly a Subaru Outback.

Anyone with information relating to the incident is asked to contact the MLPD at 509-764-3887 or MACC Dispatch at 762-1160.
