Sealed Bids will be received to Samaritan Healthcare at Samaritan Hospital 801 East Wheeler Road, Moses Lake WA, 98837, for construction of MOB Parking Expansion as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be delivered to Samaritan Healthcare at the location indicated above no later than 5:00 PM, on April 14th. Alternate Bids shall be delivered no later than 5:00 PM, same date and location. If Alternate Bids change Subcontractor lists that were previously submitted, a revised Subcontractor list shall be included with the Alternate Bids indicating which Subcontractor will be used for which alternates per RCW 39.30.060.
