Vyve has prepared the extension agreement and the Cable Act of 1984 requires that an opportunity for community input be provided regarding community needs and performance of the operator related to cable services. The City Council of the City of Moses Lake invites all interested parties to attend a Public Hearing on October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. to offer testimony on the decision to amend the Vyve Franchise Agreement. NOTICE: ANNOUNCEMENT OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT PERMIT Permit Number: ST0008024 Applicant: City of Moses Lake P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837 Facility Address: Larson Wastewater Facility 6691 Randolph Road, Moses Lake, WA 98837 The City of Moses Lake has applied for renewal of its State Waste Discharge Permit in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 90.48 Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Chapter 173-216 Washington Administrative Code (WAC). The City presently owns and operates a municipal wastewater treatment plant, which is designed for an average monthly design flow of 0.75 million gallons per day. The wastewater, following treatment, must meet the requirements of the Washington State Water Pollution Control Act and applicable regulations for the issuance of a permit. Following evaluation of the application and other available information, Ecology developed a draft permit that allows the discharge of wastewater with the appropriate permit limits and conditions. Ecology has made a tentative determination on the effluent limitations and special permit conditions that will prevent and control pollution. A final determination will not be made until all timely comments received in response to this notice have been evaluated.
