Lions to offer health screening

MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake Lions Club will host a mobile screening event from

9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the Moses Lake Senior Center, 614 E. Third Ave.

Visitors to the Sight and Hearing Van can receive free blood pressure, glaucoma and diabetes testing, as well as vision and hearing testing. The van, a professionally equipped, state-licensed unit, is a service of the Northwest Lions Foundation, according to Moses Lake Lions co-president Susan Hickock. The van usually comes to Moses Lake once a year, but like so many other things, skipped last year due to COVID-19.
