Energy program begins registration

MOSES LAKE — OIC of Washington announced this month it is accepting applications for its Energy Assistance Program for winter.

Eligibility is open to residents of Grant or Adams counties who are within certain income guidelines, show proof of income for the previous three months, and provide proof of identification for each member of the household.
