That said right authorizes water to be used for the purpose of irrigating 4.2 acres seasonally from March 15 to October 15 within Grant County Assessor's Parcel No. 180174000. The application also proposes to change the place of use based on a revised plat map for the 8 lot subdivision. This place of use change for G3-01394(E) does not expand the place of use outside the boundaries of Grant County Assessor Parcel No. 180174000 and remains within the historic place of use for the parent water right G3-01394.
