Memorial planned for deputy; sheriff’s office to be closed

A public memorial service for Grant County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jon Melvin will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Cave B Estate Winery, 348 Silica Road NW in Quincy, according to a notification from the GCSO.
