HILLSBOROUGH TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) — Pointing accusingly at climate change, President Joe Biden toured deadly Northeast flood damage Tuesday and said he was thinking about the all families who suffered “profound” losses from the powerful remnants of Hurricane Ida.
