NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL GRANT COUNTY PORT DISTRICT NO. 10 (PORT OF MOSES LAKE) WESTSIDE EMPLOYMENT CENTER LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Port Commission of the Grant County Port District No. 10 (aka Port of Moses Lake), Washington, adopted Resolution No. 1426 approving the final assessment roll for the Westside Employment Center Local Improvement District, and such assessment roll has been placed in my hands for collection. All or any portion of an assessment may be paid within thirty (30) days from September 3, 2021, without penalty, interest or costs. After the 30-day prepayment period, the assessment remaining unpaid may be paid in ten equal annual installments of principal plus interest on the unpaid balance at a rate of interest to be established by the Port Commission at the time of sale of the bond for the Westside Employment Center Local Improvement District. The interest rate on unpaid assessments will be at least 1.50% greater than the interest rate to be paid on the bond. Installments will be payable on August 15, 2022 and on each August 15th thereafter. After the 30-day prepayment period, any owner may pay all or a portion of the entire assessment remaining unpaid with interest to the next date on which the bond issued to finance the Westside Employment Center Local Improvement District may be prepaid.
