A George man was injured Friday night in an alleged DUI collision on state Route 281, near Quincy, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Jesus R. Pazbautista, 25, of George, was driving north on state Route 28, near Road 6 Northwest, just before 10:51 p.m. in a red 1997 Honda Accord. Larry D. Davis, 67, of Beverly, was driving south on state Route 281 in a blue 2019 Kenworth T680 truck pulling a trailer.

The Honda crossed the centerline and struck the trailer, causing the Honda to rotate, flip and roll onto the southbound shoulder, where it came to rest on its top.

Pazbautista was taken to Quincy Valley Medical Center for his injuries. He was suspected by the WSP of driving under the influence. His car was totaled.

Davis was uninjured and his trailer had reportable damage.

Both wore seatbelts.
