Pursuant to WAC 197-11-350(3), the proposal has been clarified, changed, and conditioned to include necessary mitigation measures to avoid, minimize or compensate for probable significant impacts. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). The applicant will construct sidewalks along the west side of Rarnm Road between Bing Rd and Kittelson Rd. to accommodate pedestrian traffic that is anticipated to be generated between the RV Park and the restaurants and shopping centers located on all sides of the Kittelson Rd and SR 17 intersection. 2. The applicant will construct Rami'n Rd. three quarters width to safely accommodate the wide vehicles that will be generated by the RV traffic of the development. 3. Right of way will be dedicated on the west end of the property, adjacent to the canal to safely accommodate traffic to the Reservoir 8 Short Plat. 4. Bing Rd is to be constructed three quarter width from Ram+'n Rd to the second access point of the RV Park. 5. The project is required to have two access points to serve the 82 lots and the building for safety. The access points shall be half the distance apart of the longest diagonal of theproperty. 6. Fire hydrants will be placed no less than every 300 feet. The Optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 was used to gather corni'nents on this project. There is no additional comment period.
