Vyve has prepared the extension agreement and the Cable Act of 1984 requires that an opportunity for community input be provided regarding community needs and performance of the operator related to cable services. The City Council of the City of Moses Lake invites all interested parties to attend a Public Hearing on October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. to offer testimony on the decision to amend the Vyve Franchise Agreement. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be in the Council meeting packet that is posted on the City's website the Friday prior to the meeting.
