MOSES LAKE — The Karneetsa Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, have partnered with Wreaths Across America to lay approximately 250 wreaths at Guarding Angels Cemetery, according to a press release from NSDAR. This is in coordination with the National Wreaths Across America, which will take place Dec. 18.

Each December, Wreaths Across America partners with local organizations to lay wreaths on veterans graves as a reminder of the sacrifices of not only these individuals, but their families as well.

So far the Karneetsa Chapter has received donations of 34 wreaths, and an additional 216 wreaths are still available. Wreaths are approximately $15 each, and there is a slight discount for bulk orders. In addition, there are options to honor/remember those who served, according to the release. More information, including how to donate or purchase wreaths, is available via email at pr.karneetsa@gmail.com, or through wreathsacrossamerica.org.
