ML athletes receive All-League honors

Nine athletes from the Moses Lake Christian Academy/Covenant Christian School (MLCA/CCS) volleyball team, as well as the Moses Lake High School slow pitch softball team received All-League honors in their sports.

At MLCA/CCS, four volleyball players received Central Washington B League (CWB) 1B All-League team placements and honors. Junior Kali Kast made First Team All-League while juniors McKenna Meise and Makiya Kast, as well as senior Aspen Merkle received Honorable Mentions, according to Josh Kast, athletic director for MLCA/CCS.

Moses Lake High School slow pitch softball sophomore Kendall Reffett, freshman Paige Richardson, senior Rylee Sanchez, sophomore Mikayla Schwartz and junior Ali Stanley all made First Team All-League in the Columbia Basin Big 9 League. Ali Stanley was also named Defensive Player of the Year.
