Raining cats and dogs

Tyler Scott poses with his dog, Wilson, while checking out at Petco in Moses Lake on Wednesday. Scott bought Wilson a yellow raincoat on the rainy, gloomy afternoon. Scott said Wilson was named after Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. Wilson, the dog, has a brother called Russell, named in the same fashion, according to Scott.
