City of Mattawa Request for Statement of Qualifications to Provide Engineering Services The City of Mattawa requests statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing engineering and land surveying services for 2021-2022 time period. Anticipated services include engineering and surveying for water production and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection, streets, and drainage improvements, environmental reviews, funding assistance, comprehensive planning and other general engineering services.
