Notice of Application May 20, 2021 Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on April 5, 2021 from Ag-Management Group (Designated Contact: Permit Surveying Inc.(Ashley Garza) 2245 Robertson Dr. Richland, WA 99345) was found to be technically complete on May 17, 2021. PROJECT: A Three lot short plat in the Agriculture Zone. Lot 1 will be 174.2 acres and contains a single family home, a manufactured home and is in orchard production. Lot 2 will be 2.5 acres and is currently in orchard production and is slated to be developed into a farm worker housing facility. Lot 3 will be 2.5 acres and is currently in orchard production and is slated for future farm worker housing facility. All three parcels are in the Agriculture (AG) zoning district.
