Open carry of weapons now prohibited at rallies, Capitol
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Openly carrying guns and other weapons are now prohibited at the Washington state Capitol and public protests statewide, under a measure signed into law Wednesday by Gov. Jay Inslee.
