Marvin Leon (ML) Hilmes

ML was born Oct 8,1932, in Ransom, Kansas, to parents John and Dorothy Hilmes. ML grew up and graduated there. He joined the Air Force during the Korean War.

ML moved to the Othello area where he and his brothers started Hilmes Construction.

ML remained in Othello and wintered in Yuma, Arizona, until his passing on Feb 27,2021.

ML is survived by his wife Linda, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, two sisters, one brother and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

ML is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and six brothers.

Celebration of life will be May 15 at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in Othello.
