The proposed project, Royal City Ace Hardware, is located at NW Corner of Camelia and Beech Streets. Former county fire district office. in Royal City in Grant county. This project involves 1.5 acres of soil disturbance for Commercial, Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff goes to ground water.
