Hogan eases COVID-19 restrictions on Maryland businesses

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland will ease restrictions on restaurants and other businesses later this week, Gov. Larry Hogan said Tuesday, citing improving COVID-19 health metrics and increasing vaccinations.
