Warden to add online bill pay option
WARDEN — Warden residents can pay their utility bills online in about a month, as council members on Tuesday approved a resolution allowing online payments.
City clerk Kristine Shuler said city officials are installing a new system that will allow residents to use debit and credit cards, as well as echeck. Currently, residents must pay with cash, check or money order.
City officials will install the software and work with a third-party vendor in the next month, Shuler said. The start date hasn’t been established, but Shuler said she expects the process to take about four weeks.
