Biden set to sign $1.9T relief bill before speech to nation
WASHINGTON (AP) — Marking a year of loss and disruption, President Joe Biden on Thursday will declare the “next phase” of the nation’s fight against the coronavirus as he signs into law a $1.9 trillion relief package that he says will help the U.S. defeat the virus and nurse the economy back to health.
