Rachelle Annette Tapper

June 12, 1966 – June 20, 2021

Rachelle, most recently of Warden, Washington, passed peacefully June 20, 2021, after an extended illness. She was born in Sunnyside, Washington. Shortly after that the family moved to Marysville, Washington, where she grew up and attended school. She was a tiny little girl with bouncy curls who had a big imagination. She was a real animal lover and always had a pet.

She was preceded in death by her mother Geraldine Tapper. She leaves behind her son Jerrid Phillpot, father Roger Tapper Sr., brother Roger Tapper Jr. (Phyllis), sister Ruth O’Neill (Jeff) and their children Jaimee, Ashlee and Jake, and sister Robin Thompson.
