Letter: Teach children about sex appropriately

Sex education is four words: celibacy, purity, modesty and fidelity. The stuff that those who dwell in the barnyard and the backwoods understand perfectly does not need to be taught to my children or to my grandchildren. Anyone who teaches sexual kinkiness to children attacks their innocence and their childhood. It matters not whether they are politically correct or not. Anyone who attacks a child’s innocence is a predator and no friend of society. Teach celibacy before marriage and fidelity afterwards and most of society’s ills will disappear. Children just like you and me need to learn how to give their word and keep it. That’s what I want for me and my kids. Do you want anything different?
