TAKE NOTICE: That on May 27, 2021 the City of Moses Lake filed application number GRAN-21-12 with the Grant County Water Conservancy Board (GCWCB) to change the point of withdrawal, place of use, purpose of use, and period of use under groundwater water right certificate 807-D(B). That said right, 807-D(B), under priority date July 1, 1949, authorizes the withdrawal of 212 gallons per minute and 63 acre-feet per year for seasonal irrigation of 14 acres from a well located in Government Lot 2, Section 30, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M. The existing place of use can be described as Government Lot 2, Section 30, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M except the west half thereof. The applicant proposes to change the point of withdrawal and place of use to include 30 groundwater wells within the City of Moses Lake Water Service Area; one well exists in the in the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 29, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and a second well exists in the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 27 T. 20 N., R. 28 E.W.M. There are no changes to the total authorized quantity of water. Any protests or objections to the approval of this application may be filed with the Department of Ecology and must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-dollar ($50) recording fee and filed with the Cashiering Section, State of Washington, Department of Ecology, P.O.
