Sherrill Ruth Jeppsen Winzler

| June 14, 2021 1:00 AM

Sherrill Ruth Jeppsen Winzler, of Moses Lake, Washington, died of natural causes on June 7, 2021, age 90. She is survived by her three children Ann Winzler Cude, husband Dwane and son Sam; Sam Winzler, wife Char and children Allen, Les, Ryan and Tessa; and daughter Susan Winzler Austin and husband Craig.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sid, parents Cleon Jeppsen and Ethel North Jeppsen, and nine brothers and sisters.

Sherrill and Sid began doing business in Moses Lake in 1964 and were active members of the community. Sherrill was a founding member of Grace Harvest Church.

Sherrill was outgoing and friendly and had many groups of friends. She earned a pilot’s license and a Realtor’s license, and worked as a secretary from time to time, but her main mission was as a homemaker.

Sherrill became a born-again Christian and loved Jesus deeply. Her greatest joy was Bible study, and she became quite a scriptorian.

Generous and big-hearted, she helped her children, her church, her nine brothers and sisters, and many acquaintances and stranger, both financially and spiritually. Sherrill had a big personality and a big heart, and her passing will leave a big hole in the hearts of all her family and friends.
