NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 7 P.M. ON TUESDAY, JUNE 22, 2021 CIVIC CENTER COUNCIL CHAMBERS 401 S BALSAM ST MOSES LAKE, WA 98837 or ZOOM REMOTE ACCESS The City Council of the City of Moses Lake invites all interested parties to attend a Public Hearing on June 22, 2021, at 7 p.m. to offer testimony on a proposed Resolution for the following plat alteration application: Maple Grove Subdivision and Planned Unit Development: The development is located west of Grape Drive and south of the extension of Maple Drive. A Resolution to alter the preliminary plat to remove the following condition: No Parking and corresponding signage on only one side of the street is required. A copy of the proposed amendment is available from the Community Development Planning Division at the Civic Center Annex by appointment or can be emailed upon request by calling the Planning Manager at 509-764-3749. Interested persons may provide testimony either in writing or by following registration instructions below. All questions related to the amendment should be directed to the Planning Division.
