City of Mattawa Request for Statement of Qualifications to Provide Engineering Services The City of Mattawa requests statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing engineering and land surveying services for 2021-2022 time period. Anticipated services include engineering and surveying for water production and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection, streets, and drainage improvements, environmental reviews, funding assistance, comprehensive planning and other general engineering services. Qualifications and performance statements will be reviewed, placed on file and will be used as the source from which to select one or more qualified firms from whom a detailed proposal will be requested for any specific project.
