Notice of Application and Environmental Review - Date of Notice: June 2, 2021 - Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and a SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on March 16, 2021 from Columbia Gorge Estate LLC (Designated Contact: URBANADD Architects, Kirk Hostetter, 1936 First Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134, 206-724-8020) and was found to be technically complete on May 27, 2021. PROJECT: A Site Plan Review and SEPA to allow the construction of two greenhouses for the cultivation of marijuana.
