Notice of Application and Environmental Review - Date of Notice: June 2, 2021 - Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and a SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on March 16, 2021 from Columbia Gorge Estate LLC (Designated Contact: URBANADD Architects, Kirk Hostetter, 1936 First Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134, 206-724-8020) and was found to be technically complete on May 27, 2021. PROJECT: A Site Plan Review and SEPA to allow the construction of two greenhouses for the cultivation of marijuana. Greenhouse A is approximately 43,300 square feet and Greenhouse B is approximately 2,880 square feet. Both greenhouses will have rigid sidewalls, secured doors and roof. Five conex storage containers will be brought on site for the support of cultivation within the greenhouses. Portable toilets will be provided on site. A gravel service road will be constructed from the existing access road to the greenhouses. Four parking spaces will be provided. STUDIES REQUIRED: Cultural Resource Survey, Habitat Management Plan and a Geotechnical Evaluation. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 23855 Road 12 NW, Quincy, WA 98848.
