Letter: Thanks for supporting youth baseball
Moses Lake 9U All Stars are so grateful and humbled from the support of our community. Thank you so much for your time, donations and excitement for these boys. We were proud to represent you, Moses Lake and the state of Washington, at the Cal Ripken Pacific Northwest Regional Tournament July 21-24 in Meridian, Idaho. Myself, Jeffrey Sawyer and Tim Kron have had a blast helping these boys learn the game of life through baseball. It is a difficult game and the result is not the reward, it is the input and desire for “this pitch.” These boys are exciting to watch and because of your support we will be able to keep them playing and spoil them along the way.
We would like to thank: Greg Schlagel - Allstate Insurance, Jennifer Kron - Moses Lake Realty Group, Scott Teuber - George Washington Realty, McPartland Law Offices, Schwab Holdings LLC, Robbie DeLeon - Tat-On Inc., NAPA, Tires West, Kelsey Keller, Maria Lopez, Armando and Diana Escamilla, Reina Escamilla, Gabrielle Vasquez, Bruce and Kathy Farrer, County Commissioner Rob Jones, Stetner Electric,, Absolute Choice Electric, Katrina Betes, Redal Family, Steve and Charlene Kron, Mike Evans, Erin and Gary Johnson, Lyons Family, Fernando Robles, Ricky Padilla, Micheal Sanchez, Dirk Palmer, The Six Training Facility and staff, Ryan Doumit, Moses Lake Parks and Rec staff, and members of the Moses Lake Youth Baseball Board: Jason Avila, AJ Escamilla, Quintz Whitaker, Rob Bragg, Johnny Montemayor and Sam Boruff.
Your sponsorship and donations are going toward team dinners and activities at Regionals, two extra tournaments and team T-shirts to commemorate these boys’ accomplishments. A huge thank you to all who donated and enjoyed the delicious Krispy Kreme donuts and tamales we sold as well. We would like to recognize our local businesses and community members that went above and beyond: thank you. True success of a program does not come from the field, it comes from the stands, the board, the ones behind the scenes, those who wash the pants. We look forward to continuing to play for you all.
