Barbecue chef to demonstrate recipes

Ag Supply Co. Ace Hardware in Moses Lake says it will host celebrity chef Jason Morse from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 601 S. Pioneer Way.

Morse will demonstrate a few of his favorite backyard barbecue recipes, including:

• Smoked Fire Salt Brownies on the Traeger

• Island Style Chicken Tacos-Slaw and Pineapple on the Big Green Egg

• BBQ Meatballs with 50/50 sauce on the Weber Grill

Customers are encouraged to stop in, taste, and ask questions, according to a press release.
